Noogie Boogie, the younger, jelous brother of Oogie Boogie, once ran the casino along side Oogie gambling with many a skeleton life in Halloween town. When Oogie was confronted with his crimes, he blamed Noogie for the whole operation (all takes place before the movie). Jack bannished Noogie from Halloween town and for years, he spent his afterlife in exile touring with every metal band in creation. After hearing of OOgie's death for the first time, Noogie is taking a hiatus from his roadie work and has returned to Halloween town to seek revenge on Jack, but he might have to go through Edgar to do it....
lwith him are his two banshee groupies, Trixi (in the skirt) and Dixi (in the shorts).
Noogie Boogie:
Likes: Metal concerts, the moon, women, anyone he can con
Dislikes: the Skellington family, soft rock, the universe in general
Scarinh M.O.: Shadow dancing, intimidation, mind games

Dude! What did I tell you about the word Kyke? It's derogatory! I appriciate the comeents, but but I'm going to start ending all of mine to you as 'later wop'(and you would hate me for ever if I did that, so I don't want to) if you keep writing that word on my art pages.papa didn't get diserved to be called Kyke by some Nazi back in Bergenbelson and he don't need people repeating it now.
