OMGsh! The only thing that I see that doesn't look like the original is the eyes (his eyes are difficult) but otherwise it is full of awesomeness! Kudos!

It looks like you used a more circular shape. His eyes are a little more, I dunno, sideways-rectangular?? Ah, well. ^^
I love the Kanji in the back.
