At first I didn't realize that the tassles were, in fact, tassles or that they were attached (had to do with the way my browser displayed) so I was like "WTF ARE THOSE?! They're like some kinda fish or something!" Then I scrolled up and ... yeah they're tassles. Nice work :)

Not quite. This is Da Ji, from Musou Orochi (or Warriors Orochi). In the game, she is Orochi's strategist. She and the Serpent King have a connection in the game (if you get the chance to play it).

I think my favorite parts are the butterfly hose and headpiece... especially the flower. It's insanely delicate and I love it >:3
