Description
i was trying to make a fancy firenation dress and this is the outcome.
Not one of my better pictures but the dress at least turned out the way i wanted it. the dress starts just ubder her shoulders but the cape (yes cape) she's wearing blocks that. there is a golden flame at the top of the dress in the middle and golden flame-shaped trimming below that and on the bottom of the sleeves. the bottom is trimmed with flame-shaped rubies and around the waist is a golden chain with a flame on it. the cape she wears over it has a hood and covers her entire dress; it is fastened to the dress itself with golden buttons with the firenation emblem carved in them. the dress is acompanied by black shoes (can't be seen on the picture) styled like martial arts shoes. (if you don't know them think Wufei from gundam wing or look them up)
i worked 20 minutes on the girl and 5 hours on the dress. Yeah i'm a perfectionist when it comes to my pictures, i have an image of what i want in my mind and i will not stop unless i get the actuall piece of art to look like my mind's eye imagined it to be. (or until i get tired of it and give up for a while or improvise, i'm good at improvising. ^-^')

The drawing is really good, I love the outfit. The figure as a whole is really narrow, it looks a little unnatural. The character really looks expressive and unique though, she looks like she really had a personality. Keep up the good work! :)
