My OC Li-Min in a Lolita style outfit with a daring side to it.
Her best friends made her wear it for her date with the hot instructor she's dating in her story. ^^
Used a new manga how-to book's back cover image as reference altered the outfit from punk-goth black and red with belts to its current state, changed her hairstyle and expression and eyes also. Basically only kept the pose and some of the basics of the dress.

Forgot to add I used a combination of Paint Shop Pro 7 and photoshop elements 10. 7 to do the art and coloring in layers that actually work well for me and 10 for the shading.
