I watched "All Dogs Go To Heaven" just a little while ago and I had a huge urge to make some fanart :3!
Urgh, but it´s been so long since I drew animals, I can´t do it anymore @___@; I gotta start study them again >:3!

Aww, I used to love watching that film, and this is a nice fanart of it. I like the cellshading and the colours used in the background. It would have been nice if the background was made of clouds to make it look more like heaven, but it's fine as it is.

Very nice stuff.
