Dart actually kind of hates Heath because hes a vigilany anyway, so he techinquely thinks Heath is part of the filth in the neiborhood he needs to get rid of. Dart's first words to Heath are "You get to live another day vigilany!" In a cold tone.<br /><br />
Eventually he sees Heath as an ally, as long as he never catches him hunting down inocent people he says he'll let him live. Dart is kind of stuck up
