Not bad! Though the face is a bit too big and the shoulders are quite out of proportion, the overall looks good. Chii looks like Chii (that's something my Chii pic lacks -_-::sigh::). I like the hair very much(must have taken you quite sometime to do this ^__^) Is it done by the computer, or watercolours?
