Chapter 1 - Letting Go
As I watch them fill my hole
in the middle of winter, i
wonder do i even have a soul.
The winter wind blows
the temperature drops, and
it continues to snow.
The last pile of dirt gets
thrown on but, i just need
to close my eyes and move on.
Winter turns to spring
spring turns to summer,
but im dead wow, what a bummer.
As it rains and poors
i here nothing but,
everyone else's snores.
Now i know today is
the day i regret it,
i should have never let go.
Death is approaching me
i cant do anything,
not even flee.
today is not my day
please don't take me away
but i have no choice but to obey.
Who knew the last words
i would say was
I Love You.
