Chapter 1 - Moving

It was a somber drive from Oklahoma to California. John Jefferson wondered why his dad would do this, why would he take a job in California and uproot the family. He tried to talk to his father about the situation, but he never did. He loved his dad, Clyde, and his mom, Shirley, but he never got to state his opinion.
It took a week to pack up
