Chapter 1 - heaven
I wish I could and go back and understand
Why innocent children were murdered
Why lives were shattered
Why families were separated
I wish I understood the cruel and senseless thing of taking a human life.
They were no different than you or me
But they were still tortured
Made to suffer
No one deserves that
I wish I could have helped them in some way
To set lives free
To understand their pain and frustration
No one knows how they felt
I can hear their screams
I can hear their cries
I can hear their fear
I can hear the children’s screams when they find their mother lying on the ground
Completely lifeless
I can feel the swoosh of souls climbing the steps to heavens gate
I watch the documentaries
I go to the museums
I look at the pictures
Trying to imagine what they felt like
But the fact is I cant
Unless my own human life undergoes this
All those poor people
My heart and soul goes out to all of you
I’m so sorry this had to happen to you
But you’re safe now
Now it’s you time
To cross into the greatest kingdom of all
Heaven

*sniffles* that was one of the best poem i have ever read because that's how i feel all the time. not knowing how other peoples pain feels but feeling so sorry hoping it's all better in the end and hating the people who caused the suffering.
