Chapter 4

I learned from the information I stole that the cameras shut off at 12:00 to 12:05. so I waited and waited and waited. Then it was finally ten seconds until twelve. I counted them down. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, zero. I jumped out of bed and ran to the door. Then I screeched to a stop first I put pillows under my sheet to make it look like I was sleeping. Then I wrote a quick note that looked like this



Dear, Axl and others

Thanks for letting me stay even though I stole some information trust me I swear I did not give any real information. You have been very generous and I thank you for that. But I do not want to put you in danger by staying here. There is no doubt in my mind that Gamma is mad at me and he will most definitely come after me do not worry about me Axl I will be fine.

Then I ran out the door and quietly walked to the back exit. When I got out of the Northern Base I thought, I was home free until I saw Gamma there standing in the dark like a shadow he scared me half to death. “uhhhh Gamma sir. What are you doing here?” I asked.

“What do you think Shocker? I'm here to ask you a few questions. Why didn't you come back right away?”

“Well because I got caught.” I said. Though I knew that he probably wouldn't believe it.

“You Shocker? You're the best reploid on this team. You have betrayed me.” said Gamma threateningly.

“Betrayed isn't the right word for it. I was never on your side the only reason why I was with you for the past four years because that was the only way to find my bro Axl.” I said.

“But now that you've found him your leaving?” asked Gamma.

“Well yeah but--”

But before I could finish Gamma interrupted. “But you don't want to endanger him right?” he asked.

“Yeah right.” I said back.

Then he came running at me. I braced myself for the attack but I still went flying back and ended up hitting a wall.

“Ouch!!” I said. But I had to get back up quickly because Gamma was getting ready to attack again. I got up and took out my flame saber. “I'm ready for you this time Gamma.” I said. But apparently I did not mean it. Because just then he had sunk into the shadows and I could not see him anywhere. I heard a noise behind me. So, I ducked and I could see his sword come over right where my head had been. This really freaked me out. I swung my leg around to see if I could trip him but he must have already jumped out of the way probably expecting me to do that. I looked around to see if I could find him somewhere. But of course I couldn't because Gamma was the one who taught me how to be quiet while “hunting your prey.” Then everything went black

















Well I hope you liked it. Like I said above please comment but no flames okay? I know I might have mixed up the whole X thing but I was having a hard time remembering about the X series. I still am so don't flame me for that k? I worked hard on this fic. Oh yes and if you ever see that Phailams name is spelled different in two different spots tell me k? I would appreciate.
