Rila is a 15 year old girl. She is the daughter of vegeta and bulma, born two years before bra in the future. She is a very strong girl and loves to train and do every thing her father does. She even wares saiyin armor. She isn't in normal times because all the sayins were killed by babi in the future. Now she has come back to warn vegeta and them that babi is coming, just like trunks did.
