Jerry scurried over to Annette and she suddenly stopped crying. she looked down, surprised.
Annette: Aww what a cute little mouse!
She picks up the small creature.
Annette: Hi! What's your name? I'm Annette.
Tom walks over.
Annette: And a cat!!
Jerry: He's Tom, and I'm Jerry.
Annette: Eeek!! You talk!
Tom: I told you she would freak out Jerry!
Jerry: At least we gave it a shot.
Annette: I'm so sorry. I just never saw talking animals before.
Jerry: Tom is such a big meanie to me.
Tom: No I'm not!
Jerry: Yes you are!
Tom: No I'm not!
Annette: Guys, please stop. I'm so lonely...
Jerry: We would like to be your friend. :)
Tom: Exactly! I know how being an orphan feels...
Annette: *gasp* You really mean it?!?! :D
Jerry: Yup! Fair and square.
Annette: Oh thank you guys! How about we go to the Ice Cream parlor, what do you say?
Tom: I love ice cream!
Jerry: I second that!
Annette: Off we go!
