Chapter 1 - apologies of the heart

i apologize
for my lies
to you.

i cry inside,
for i died
a thousand deaths.

can you say sorry
for forcing me
to bury my heart?

can you feel remorse
for what you
have done to me?

i do not die
anymore.
i am loved,
if not by you.

i still cry,
for i am in
a deep dort of pain,
so indescribeable.

one day i
will learn to
love again.
but for now,
may my feelings
for anyone
rest in peace.
