Chapter 1 - Nothingness
Chapter 1 - Nothingness
I saw nothing today,
And in the nothing, I saw something.
My skin crawled with a horrible beauty,
In this nothingness, this everything.
It was black, and yet a rainbow,
Cold, but hot as a desert.
I saw the living, and the dead,
So barbaric, and yet so curt.
It drew me closer, so fearfully closer,
To the center of the universe.
In this absolute chaotic mixture,
Theres a hope, and a curse.
And in the nothing, I saw something.
My skin crawled with a horrible beauty,
In this nothingness, this everything.
It was black, and yet a rainbow,
Cold, but hot as a desert.
I saw the living, and the dead,
So barbaric, and yet so curt.
It drew me closer, so fearfully closer,
To the center of the universe.
In this absolute chaotic mixture,
Theres a hope, and a curse.
