hidden in a lonely shadow
an ancient vision dreams
looking through the shattered glass
a piercing angel's gaze
searching for a sign of hope
in these dark fateful days
silent tears begin to fall
as she comes to meet her end
murdered by the endless wounds
that only love can mend
