Chapter 1 - The meeting

A young female, only about two, padded along the street.
She had ice blue eyes, and a black and white pelt. Her name was Rain.
She turned corners weaving through the humans feet, to get to her old friend Darran's house.
She had a wide smile spread across her face. She couldn't wait to see him

From the shadows emerged a tall black German Shepherd, he was named Jake.
He has a fun loving smile on his face, and padded up next to Rain,
"hey your pretty new here right?" he said in a hansom charming voice.

Rain flashed a smile, "no I'm on the farm, but yeah i'm new." she said softly.

Jake smiled warmly, "hey me too, maybe one day you could come over, I could show you around."
Rain grinned nodding, and turned to leave.
Jake smiled weakly, and padded back to the farm, but with a fresh memory of a beautiful collie named Rain...
