Chapter 2 - Sho and Rin

So I decided to write a story about his past and present from the video game Gotcha Force. This is very serious, so if you like relationships,betrayal,and violence, you'll like this story.

Chapter 2 - Sho and Rin
Sorry I've been so busy, but it's not like anyone reads this story (COMMENT IF YOU DO! AND SPREAD THE WORD!).

Sho walked up the wooden stairs carefully, holding the handrail along the way. He reached the top and turned left to see a room marked
"Rin" with little signs that read
"Knock before entering!" and
"Caution: If door is slammed, then this is a danger zone!"
Sho had always appreciated her sense of humor. He reached for the handle and opened the door, to see Rin, a girl about his age with purple hair, a sports tee and shorts sitting up on her bed. He closed the door behind him, and Rin gestured for him to sit on her bed with her using a slight pat on the bed. He followed suit, sitting on the bed next to her, with her preceding to wrap her arms around his neck gently. He didn't look at her, but instead simply allowed the situation. She whispered in his ear
"You remember when we met, don't you?"
Sho remembered quite well, and replied
"Of course I do, that day changed my life."
(What I said was true, if it wasn't for Rin, I would've attempted suicide. The day I met her was 2 years ago today, so maybe she was expecting some kind of anniversary or something.)
(FLASHBACK)
Sho sat behind a tree with a guitar while all the other kids were playing out at recess. He played a small theme and heard a girl's voice calling from above him
"What are you doing over here?"
Sho looked up to see Rin, a girl with long, purple hair standing on a branch above him. Sho ignores her at first, until she drops next to him and listens to what he is playing. It is soft, and she immediately begins to like it, even swaying with the rythym. She asks
"What is that you're playing?"
Sho continued to play, but answered
"I just found it, and decided to play what came to mind."
She replied
"I like it, can you teach me how to play it?"
Sho stopped and looked her in her eyes, sensing an actual bond for once. He turned away, slightly embarassed, but answered
"Sure, I guess so."
He continued playing, and she scooted over slightly to him and eventually fell asleep gently on his shoulder. Sho was blushing at this, but continued playing, looking up to the bright blue sky above him.
(end flashback)
Rin continued, speaking aloud this time
"Can you still play it?"
Sho was about to speak, but Garuda appeared in the doorway, standing atop Sho's old guitar, and inturrupted
"I don't know, can he?"
Sho got up, and walked over to the guitar, and Rin was smiling in glee. Sho picked up his guitar, and walked back to the bed, sitting back in his place and seeing Rin eye him with her beautiful eyes, begging that he serenade her. He sighed, and decided that he was eventually going to have to play, like it or not, and plucked a first string. He then followed by gracefully playing the same song that pulled Rin and Sho's fates together. Sho stopped midway though, and sighed, much deeper this time. Rin was a bit surprised and asked
"Sho? What's wrong?"
Sho looked out of her window to see a twinkling light off in the distance, and Rin sees it too. Rin sees the anger in his eyes, and hugs him gently, trying to make him forget by saying
"I know, Sho. When he arrives, we'll be ready. Together."
Sho turned towards her and stared into her eyes as she did the same. Sho kissed her on the lips quickly, but Rin still had enough time to pursuade him. Sho lay over her, continuing to kiss her, but more passionately each time. Different emotions were going through his mind though
("In only a week, the galactic emperor will come to invade the earth. Me and Rin have tried to prepare as best as we could, but nothing could prepare us for what we were about to go through.")
In the closet there hid a small gotcha borg, with spiked green hair and spiky yo-yo watching the couple engage in quite the romantic act. The borg's eyes glow red, and we can hear some maniacal laughing coming from the borg. Suddenly, the door bell rings, and Sho decides to answer it, leavng Rin wanting. She looks confused, but replies
"It's alright, you can get it, I'll be right here." ending on a bit of a seductive tone.
Sho complied, and went down the stairs to see who could be knocking at this time of night. It was some orange-haired kid he had seen playing outside a few days. He continued to ring the door bell, until Sho opened the door and asked
"Who are you?"
The boy energetically replied
"My name's Kou! I've seen you around a few times, and I wondered if you had a little time for a gotcha force battle!"
Sho was a bit shocked, realizing that a GF commander had just challenged him. He thought that Kou was stupid for challenging him, but Sho nonetheless thought it would be good practice. Sho replied
"Kou, huh?-"
Sho looks back up to Rin's room, who is laying on her bed, waiting. Then looks back to Kou, continuing confidently
"I suppose I've got time."

Sorry it's a bit short, but I'm juggling a lot of things right now, and wanted to get a second chapter up. Btw, the song that Sho plays is a reocurring theme throughout the story, it's "The Legendary Theme(Acoustic, obviously)" from the game Gitaroo Man. (link if you wanna hear and see how awesome the game is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8qTcx_nzQw ) I'm obsessed with this game right now, but I'm broke as hell :(
