Chapter 15 - Twister - Prologue
Sorry, it's been awhile but now that I'm done TSOH(the prototype at least) and I'm back into TM, I can continue this for all of you TM fans. C'mon, who WOULDN'T pick Sonic as Twister? It's so friggin obvious.

"Damn, still not fast enough."
Sonic The Hedgehog had been racing through the streets of Midtown, scaling up buildings and racing right past vehicles and people like a blue blur. He had stopped at the City hall, only to see an old man in a purple hearse driving away. He read his stop watch, to read that he travelled the 20 mile distance in only .002 miliseconds. Sonic was unimpressed with his recent records, thinking that he still wasn't fast enough. Sonic thought to himself
"Man, I've been in a slump lately. I just can't run as fast as I want to. There's got to be a way to run faster."
Sonic looked around, and saw a sign posted on the side of the city hall building. He ran over to read it, and it read in big red letters
"Twisted Metal Tournament!
What would you want more than anything in the whole world?
ANYTHING YOU WANT CAN BE YOURS!"
Sonic's eyes widened at the thought of getting anything he wanted. Suddenly he heard a voice come from behind him
"You like that don't you?"
Sonic turned quickly to see the person speaking to him, and it was Calypso (as if you didn't know), and Sonic asked him
"What are you doing here, Calypso? Shouldn't you be off ruining someone else's life?"
Calypso smirked at him, merely replying
"I'm inviting you to participate in my contest. After all, you DO want to be faster, right? I can make it happen."
Sonic was angry at the thought of killing innocent people and shouted
"I'm not gonna play your sick game, Calypso! I have no intention of killing innocent people to get what I want!"
Calypso quietly replied to him
"Now Sonic, you know full well none of my participants are innocent. This is a serious game we play here, and I thought you would participate willingly...but if you're fine with having the bare minimum of your top speed...(he gestures to Sonic's right, which shows the Twsiter vehicle revving its engine) then I guess I can just leave you to wander in self-pity."
Sonic quickly retorts
"NO!...I'll drive in your contest. I'll win and become the fastest thing in the entire universe!"
Sonic enters Twister and places his hands on the wheel, thinking
("I'm not used to driving, but I guess It'll have to do.")
"I used to have a dream like you..."
Sonic heard this womanly voice coming from his vehicle, and quickly asked
"Whoah, who said that!?"
"Name's Amanda. Don't ask how I got in here. It's a long story, but now that you're here, we're gonna have some fun."
Sonic gulped at this, and thought to himself
("This car can talk and it's a girl!? Aww man, this is gonna suck.")
Sonic drives off in Twister but it seems that the car is driving itself in his stead.
Calypso is left behind and finally says aloud
"That takes care of everyone, now all that's left to do introduce the contestants in the first round.
Everyone, Welcome to Twisted Metal: Oblivion!"

The first round will commence next week, the participants are Outlaw, Shadow, Warthog, Spectre, and Darkside. Please comment on who should win the first round, only 2 of the 5 participants will be reborn for later rounds, the other 2 will be left for death. YOU decide the winner! After 3 rounds, all the middles will be written, then 3 more rounds and the winner's ending will be out. Then I will write the other ending aphabetically.
