Chapter 1 - help

I'm sorry but this is the only way I can get across to get help.

Everytime I try to log into the forums it won't let me, it says I have entered an inactive username and password, this is not so.

I have activated my accounts in my emails. I have even had to create two accounts, neither of which is working.

I can't eve contact people individually, please help me.
