Download? You can just save it in a folder on your computer. Then you can upload it as your profile picture. You right-click on the picture, click "Save As" and put in in a folder. I have a folder full of pictures that I can use for various purposes. To make a new folder, name it "My Pictures" or something, and save all your favorite images!
