Yes, unfortunately, he did get all of Mizuna's power, but he doesn't know that Charlie inherted it. ANd Charlie doesn't know that he did (technically) "create" her. And when he tells her, she doesn't believe him, but when Mizuna tells her it's the truth, she has panic attacks....


Uhhh....well, won't Sam have a surprise when and if she comes back on....

And, actually, Charlie was created as a weapon, but curtesy
of a mental error, is was reversed, so Charlie was cute, shy and sweet.

Mizuna was a powerful shadow bender and Quinking wanted to use her abilities to his advantage.
