Release Notes - 3.2.2

Today cstdenis updated FAC with the second bugfix for our version 3.2 codebase. I'll refer to this as "3.2.2". This is a maintenance update only, addressing several bugs which were reported via our forums.

ADDED:
- "Recount" option on your 'Edit Profile' form. If you think your gallery stats (# pictures, stories) are incorrect you can use this to fix it. It should really stay fixed in the first place, but....

FIXED:
- Not receiving validation notice after changing email (and/or unable to change email address at all)
- Story stats (# chapters, comments) not displayed when reading individual chapters
- Story texts containing accented characters appear blank when viewed
- Removed the old Jacuba spellchecker applet
- Error messages when trying to use the Search function
- AP rejection emails didn't include the actual reason given
- Broken-image placeholder left after removing one's profile image
- Empty form displayed when re-watching a user
- Inability to remove comments from your pages
- "Recent Stories" on mainpage (Zellers theme only) have missing or incorrect advisory labels
- Error messages when editing your Watchlist


Issues previously resolved by our first bugfix (3.1.1) include:
- Gallery submissions displaying in no particular order instead of Newest First
- "Access Denied" when trying to read story texts
- Unable to change the # comments displayed on a page (Zellers theme only)
- Voluntary account closure did not work
