Suits

I love him. I think about him all the time. And I know I would give him my life. I wish I didn't cause him so much pain. I wish there was something I could have done. That I could do. But I must watch, powerless, as he leaves me. As they take him away, torn apart by the passing years, and their staring eyes. I wish it didn't hurt. I wish I could heal him, instead of cause so much pain. No one can know. No one can know I have his life in my hands. I rock it gently, and await his return for it...for me. I know he'll come. Sooner or later, they'll have to let him come. Because I love him, and he loves me.
