well, i just can tell you, what helps me. i learned to accept. just accept that it is how it is, and humans are free and even by love, i think you cant choose who you love and who not. i would like to change that, i cant. so well, i also dont think you can. so i just can give you that one tipp, may it helps you too, try to accept.
