Okay, I hate to be the bearer of heckling, but first, her eye color is wrong, two, her smile is way too big, and three, her *ahem* chest looks like one big lump.

Terra's eyes ARE blue, the drawing is in an anime style, so the features are exaggerated anyway, and the bust looks that way because of the angle and possibly the material of the jacket.

I like the coloring and the face, but the bust seems to be very off...and the hips seem like they just don't ease into her waist like they naturally should. If you wanted to make her bust a little more flattering, you shouldn't have just squished it all together.
