What are you talking about?Terra's eyes ARE blue, the drawing is in an anime style, so the features are exaggerated anyway, and the bust looks that way because of the angle and possibly the material of the jacket.

I like the coloring and the face, but the bust seems to be very off...and the hips seem like they just don't ease into her waist like they naturally should.
