alter ego: alternate consciousness created by the mind; ulterior personality, used to escape momentarily from the harsh realities of the world and into a place where the past holds no meaning, the present is controlled and the future is distant and insignificant - a fantasy world, where the wrongs and rights are wanted of the one of its creation; escape, sweet escape and liberation from the cruelty and pain, the cold indifference of a realm too real to actually be ours.

Hope you enjoyed my poetic definition of an alter ego. ^^ I wrote it one day during class, and I found it so uber cool that I just had to put it here. *sighs* Condensed story of my life...

Anyway...there's me on the left (yes, my name is Kristine) and my alter ego, Carmen, on the right. Why Carmen? Don't ask. Just a random name that popped into my head as I was doddling one day, and it just sort of became this character, my oh-so-lovable alter ego.

Don't you love the colorfullness? ^o^ Photoshop Elements is too awesome.

I showed this to one of my friends today, and he said that Carmen was hotter than me. O.O Needless to say, I didn't have to know.

Mine never changed. Yup. I got green and brown eyes. Designs that keep on changing for me is me LoZ originals. Kuku went through more then 5 designs. >.< Mila went trought at least 4. And Jade...Never really changed much(and 3)

Okay, now I'm positive that it's an artist thing. ^^ Tu as les yeux pers, jpg-san? I've always wanted eyes like that. Or green. But instead I got ordinary, murky brown eyes. Nerrrr. You should draw your alter ego sometime. ^^ And I should do a more recent pic. Her character design keep on changing. o_O

Hehe. I'm not the only one with a alter ego. Mine is obviosly jpg-168. We..We are pure opposites! She has blonde hair. I have dark brown. She has nice pure blue eyes. While mine change color

o_O perty colors.... oh come on, who DOESN'T have an alter ego! I don't even like to admit it's an alter ego; I just live that way all the time. ^^; I'm a ditzy ditz GO ME!!! w00t! I think it is just an artist thing...or maybe it's just people who are special(like you=^^=)I think we should try asking other artists to see if it IS an artist thing.I bet it is though!!!=^^=
