10 years of Balto

Description

I had to do something for it. 10 years is a long time.<br />
Drawn by mouse, no ref, so it kinda sucks, and I didn't spend much time on the shading and highlights so they suck too. If the colors and stuff are off...live with it! I kinda stylized him a bit. Please forgive the hastily put together crappy background.
