In the Harpy race,they honor heroes by painting portraits of them,and for Link,they wanted to show off his "legendary" body.<br />
Well Link didn't want to be completely naked,so they let him have a cloth robe on his waist.The gold bracelates were a neat addition,I've been looking at too much Yu-Gi-OH! fanart lately.<br />
