Oh, this is so cute, and you know that Roy would do it, too, if the opportunity ever arose. Ed's expression is genius, and Roy ruffling his hair is a perfect touch. Angel!Roy looks kind of like Wolfwood from Trigun, but it's still funny as heck. Roy's body looks kind of off (we can blame that on the military uniform being so flippin' hard to draw) but other than that I don't see any problems. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being, roll your eyes and move on, and 10 ten being, my god I must build this person a shrine and sacrifice things to their greatness) I'd give it a solid 8.
