Image is too bright and washed out. Do you know where to find your scanner's exposure settings? I bet dimming the highlights (to reduce washout) and midtones (to increase contrast) would make the image look a whole lot better. As it stands now, the light shades are hard to read.I also notice that your renditions of the Link wolf seem to have a sort of "puppy" thing going on....
