Good: coloring. the technique you used is perfect for the phoenix. Bad: the neck coloring and shape of the head don't seem to match. The wing on the left looks like some feathers are broken or at a weird angle.
Overall: Great job. I would love to see what it would look like if you took your time.

The other job I was drawing a phoenix and ended up with it pretty similar to this.... O.o Wierd! I don't think I should post it... Good job though! I like how the green eye stands out in the yellowy reddy flames!
