Quick doodle made just for the sake of showing my love for this --SHOUNEN AI-- pairing. As in, Sheik = male in my world full of gayness, if you didn't know that already.
Yeah, yeah. Sheik is Zelda, blah blah blah. I know. I'm sick of hearing about it too. After 3-4 years of not being anywhere around this fandom, I come back for a visit, and the whole "Sheik's Gender" argument is still going on. My God, people. Can't we get over it and move on? Geezus. The way I look at it is this: Sheik is technically a girl in disguise, yes, but Zelda's disguise was male. Hm. Actually, I tend to look at this couple in many different ways, one being the explanation I just told you, and the AU way, which would be Sheik being his own person.
. . . you know, I think the OoT manga is the only thing that explains all the Sheik business to us clearly. Well, more clearly than any other Nintendo resource. But whatever you wanna believe about Sheik, it's all good. Because surely Miyamoto left Sheik's gender unknown just for the fandom to decide. *laughs* Who knows.

Aww, it's so soft and cute. I love Sheik's expression, he's all: Heh heh, Link's kissing ME. I love the shy and tender feel you've given the pic.As for the whole Sheik's gender thing, I'm one of the Sheik is his own male character people. And I agree the argument has gone on forever.

Heh. I was kinda pissed when I found out Sheik was Zelda (long ago and far away *sigh*), 'cause the game took my bishie away...and I can't stand Zelda.Anyways, it's cute. I like Sheik's expression, since he looks kinda 'ha ha, he's mine.'

I agree! Sheik is a man and Link doesn't end up with Zelda. To me, Link and Zelda have hardly any chemistry so it wouldn't work if they were more than just friends or even acquaintences. Sheik looks very proud of himself in this pic; nice work.ranphasetokelly on June 28, 2007, 6:54:27 PM
