Key: ... *takes Todd's hand and holds it tightly, trying to calm him down. she looks back at Harry and Claire* ....

Alex: ...He won't let her go...

THE FISH: WELL NOW, THAT'S QUITE A PREDICAMENT.

Todd: *in a fit of rage, he knocks the bowl over* frack YOU!! CLAIRE'S DEAD, AND HARRY'S A MESS, AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!! D8<

Jacob: H-he's just got some pent-up emotions to release, please don't kill him Miss Fish. ^^;

Harry: *unresponsive*

THE FISH: *FLOPS OUT OF THE BOWL WHEN IT GETS KNOCKED OVER* OH, HE'S OKAY~ *FLOPS BACK INTO IT, AND IT FLIPS BACK UPRIGHT. SOMEHOW WATER DIDN'T SPILL EVERYWHERE*

Key: ...So why are you here? >:(

THE FISH: BECAUSE THIS IS GETTING DEPRESSING. WE NEED SOME HAPPY HAPPINESS.

Alex: ...!

THE FISH: YEAH, ALEX GETS IT. *rolls up to Claire's bed* HARRY, I'D ADVISE YOU TO STEP BACK.

Harry: *doesn't* ...

Jacob: Can you do whatever you're gonna do without him moving? I don't think he will on his own. D:>

Todd: NRRRGH...!

THE FISH: WELL, OKAY. *RAISES A FIN*

Key: *squeezes Todd's hand* Todd, calm down...!

THE FISH: *REACHES THROUGH THE BOWL AND POKES CLAIRE*

Claire: *a faint snapping is heard, and suddenly, she gasps in pain and her eyes snap open*

Everyone: !!!

THE FISH: *DOESN'T MOVE HER FIN, AND JUST SITS THERE* ...

Claire: *squeezes her eyes shut and grits her teeth from the pain of having all her bones snap back into place at once, squeezing Harry's hand so tightly she nearly crushes it. eventually, she relaxes, breathing heavily from the effort* huff... huff...

THE FISH: *WITHDRAWS HER FIN, GRINNING* ALL BETTER.

Harry: *this time, he is staring at Claire with widened eyes, shocked from all that has happened, shocked, though still unable to speak. He never once withdraws his hand*

Todd: *stares as well. Claire had been brought back all was... all was well again. Right. Yes. He calmed down, tension in his muscles disappearing* ...

Jacob: !!

Alex: *watches, completely astounded. it was almost as amazing as Key's revival--and just as surprising*

Key: *relaxes her grip on Todd's hand, and stares as well. It wasn't the first time she's seen someone brought back to life, but it was still just as shocking as the last two times*

Claire: *it takes her a moment to realize she was alive, but when she does, her eyes widen and she immediately sits up. she looks at Harry in disbelief, completely speechless. she was alive. she was alive!*

Harry: *he still said nothing, only stared at Claire - only stared - as the hot tears came back, greeting him this time with happiness, and love, but confusion as well, and anger at THE FISH, ANGER for allowing her to die in the first place... and it all came out, all at once. Harry couldn't form words, he was reduced to a sobbing mess. That was just too much. All that had happened. It was too much. He almost snapped again. His mind was ready to shatter*

Todd: ...

Jacob: Yeesh...

Claire: *soon begins to mirror Harry's tears, and she pulls him into a tight embrace, whispering the same apology over and over again through her tears* I'm sorry, Harry, I'm so sorry...

Alex: ...

Key: ....

Harry: *cries - sobbing on her shoulder, completely losing himself in front of everyone... though simply letting himself go... in a way, it brought him relief. It told him, it reminded him, that he was still human, after all, and that no human - not a single one - could fully snap back from that kind of trauma... but that's what made it okay. That's what made him feel better. Because he WOULD snap back from this, yes, but he needed to cry. He needed this moment*

Todd: ... *Harry rarely gave such an emotional response to certain things.Todd knew that, obviously, the Claire's death and revival would effect him, but... the man was completely broken at that moment... and it seemed almost... DIFFICULT to look at Harry while he was like this*

Claire: *gives him that moment, letting him cry on her shoulder as she allowed her own tears to flow. she rubs comforting circles on his back, simply enjoying the fact that she was ALIVE, and THERE, with Harry*

Alex: ... *looks away, trying to give them some room* ...

Key: ...

Harry: *tears still flowing, he speaks quietly* ... I couldn't get to you in time... I'm so sorry...

Todd: D:

Jacob: ...

Claire: *still hugging him tightly* It's okay... I didn't move fast enough either.

Key: <:( ...

Alex: ...

Harry: Oh god... oh my god, the baby, it... it must be dead... oh god, no...

Todd: *hadn't thought of this* Oh! D:>

Jacob: ...

Claire: *hadn't realized it until he brought it up--if she didn't survive the attack, then it was impossible for the baby to have survived. with the horrifying thought now in her mind, she buries her face in Harry's shoulder and sobs--it wasn't fair. that child didn't deserve to die, especially since it didn't even get the chance to live* oh god... w-why would...

Key: *covers her mouth with her hand--she hadn't remembered it either* D:> ....

Alex: *hadn't known until her pregnancy until right then and there--but knowing now made the situation even worse* D:> ...

Harry: *hugs her tightly, feeling extremely depressed, now. That was a sick thing for the creators to do*

Todd: *becomes silent, also quite depressed from the realization* ...

Jacob: ...

Claire: *sobs quietly against Harry, mourning the loss of their child*

Alex: *stares at the floor, appalled that the creators would do such a thing* ...

Key: *is rather upset by the thought, and shoots THE FISH a hateful glare*

THE FISH: WHY'S IT SO QUIET? ...Oh right, I forgot-- *WHISTLES LOUDLY*

A rather tall stork: *kicks the door open and walks in, with a small white bundle hanging from its beak. it immediately turns is head towards Harry and Claire*

Harry: *turns at the sound of the door slamming open. He notices the stork, and what was in its mouth* Wait... that... that can't be...

Todd: !!

Jacob: There is no science in this. XC

Alex: !!

Key: .... :D!!!

Claire: *also notices the stork, and stares at it, wide-eyed. she hops off the bed, and watches it move towards them, taking Harry's hand* ...

Stork: *steps towards them, and holds the bundle out towards the couple, waiting for them to take it*

Claire: ... *holds her arms out for it, and takes the bundle from the giant bird. she casts a hopeful glance at Harry*

Key: ...well?? g-go on and look! D:

Harry: *sees this through the massive layer of zombies piles on him, and breaks free with a rage-filled roar, knocking then all about, then he charges at Reginald, with all his fury, knocking him off of Claire*

Reginald: Har - !

Harry: *interrupts him with another loud roar - he doesn't want to hear it. He takes Reginald by his toonish head, and snaps his neck*

Reginald: !!! *dead*

Harry: *once the deed is done, he transforms back into his human self and approaches Claire, tears forming in his eyes. He drops to his knees beside her, ignoring the chaos around him* ...

Todd: M'kay...

Claire: *slightly turns her head towards him, and immediately regrets it, wincing from the pain. she tries to talk, but coughs instead, blood dribbling from her mouth, causing even more pain. she didn't know how much longer she would last...*

Key: *protects Todd from attackers, shooting everything that gets too close*

Harry: *he shaking, trying to crack as best of a smile as he can at her - trying to deny what was happening* D-don't worry, C-Claire... you'll make it... you'll be okay...

Todd: *not really caring*

Claire: *manages to croak out* I-I'm sorry, Harry...

Key: *is very concerned by Todd's condition--Jacob knows the effects of the drugs, why would he give them to him NOW?! she notices Harry and Claire--* Oh no...! D:>

Harry: *tears were streaming down his face, now, and his throat was tightening* N-no, y-you'll make it, Claire... y... you... you won't die... you won't... *holds her hand tightly*

Todd: *looks over at where Key was looking* Ohh... I don't get it...

Claire: *tears up a bit--Harry's refusal to accept how bad the situation was made it even harder for her to just let go. she tightens her hand around Harry's* I-I don't... I'm so s-sorry, Harry...

Key: Can't you see Claire's hurt?? BADLY, from the looks of it?! D:> Come on! *puts a pistol in its holster and grabs Todd by the wrist, dragging him over to Harry and Claire, shooting whatever got in their path* D:>!!!

Harry: *it's finally starting to sink in. Claire was going to die* No...! No PLEASE...! Even THEY wouldn't be that cruel! They WOULDN'T! They WOULDN'T! D8>

Todd: *is pulled along* Oh... I don't... *he puts a hand to his head, unable to even think straight* ... I... I don't know who that is...

Claire: *tries to crack a smile for him* I g-guess we d-didn't get that lucky break we hoped for, huh...?

Key: J-Just shush, okay?? D:> *lets go of Todd's wrist when they reach the other two, and her eyes widen at the situation--it was hopeless. there was no saving Claire* D8> ....

Harry: *he goes silent from this, his frown tightly commanding the rest of his face to follow it, follow it downwards, along with the tears. Shadows covered most of his features - they did already, but with his despair, the shadows seemed almost more prominent, and he seemed more like a ghost. He could feel her dying, and it was almost as if he, himself, was dying. Not all of him, no, but a large chunk of him. He could no longer deny it - thus, his silence. And in his own quiet, in his own mind, he could hear nothing, nothing more than both his, and Claire's own heartbeat. One was fading. One was fading. It wasn't just her, either, he knew that both Claire, and their child was destroyed by this madness, and Harry despaired more, letting out heaving sobs, and never letting go to Claire's hand.

Todd: *looks on, not really understanding*

Claire: *her half-smile fades as she watches Harry break down into sobs. She didn't want to go, it hurt her to leave like this, but she had no choice now... she knew she was beyond repair. tears streaming down her own face, she squeezes his hand one more time before releasing it, her eyes going blank, her last breath leaving her as a sigh. she was gone*

Key: *puts a hand over her mouth, holding back tears. it was too soon, too soon after Harry's death and revival for her to go. she didn't deserve it, she never did anything to deserve to die like this* ....

Harry: *freezes - he felt it - he FELT IT when she died - he FELT it, and it hurt him. It hurt him more than he could have imagined it to hurt - and he already knew it would be painful. He breaks down completely, still clutching her cold hand. He couldn't go on. He couldn't do anything anymore. It was just too much*

Todd: ... *he wishes he could remember who those people were, so that he could feel bad for them... but he couldn't feel sad, or negative in any way. He was incapable. But he wished he could*

Claire: *is gone*

Key: ... *wipes her tears off on her shoulder, then puts her second pistol in its holster and calls across the field* RETREAT! RETREAT!!! *walks over towards Harry, and puts a hand on his shoulder, tugging at him slightly* Harry, we can go back inside now... D:> j-just pick her up, we've gotta move...!

Harry: *doesn't hear Key. He still tightly held Claire's hand - it was so COLD - so COLD compared to his hand - but he was ALIVE, and she... she was dead. His eyes did not stray from her face, frozen with nothing. The face of the dead. The face of nothing left. He was still sobbing, still shutting out the world around him. He didn't want to leave. There was no one there to make him, not in his mind. He just wanted to stay. Stay until he died. He didn't want to leave. He didn't want to leave*

Todd: *sort of now has a fuzzy understanding of who these people are - were - and starts to feel the small tugs of his heartstrings, which, with the drugs that were still in his, couldn't possibly have been anything but stiff from disuse*

Key: D:> .... Come ON, Harry...!

Alex: *is passing by on his way to the teleporters, and sees them--he quickly runs over to them* holy shoot... tell me she's not--

Key: She is... Harry won't move... D:> It's like when HARRY died, Claire wouldn't move either...

Alex: ...then... maybe we need to move her. She moved when you moved HIM, right?

Key: ...yeah...

Alex: Alrighty then... *goes around them and carefully picks Claire up, though he's forced to pause when Harry doesn't release her hand* ...

Key: ... *grabs Harry's wrist and lightly tugs at it* Harry... come on, get up...

Harry: *he carefully gets up when Claire is lifted, his thoughts sluggish, and constantly tripping over a single fact - Claire was dead. He still held on to her hand, still stared blankly at her face*

Todd: ...

Alex: <:( .... *carries her to the teleporters, moving only as fast as Harry would allow him to*

Key: ...come on, Todd... *follows him*

Claire: *is dead*

Harry: *keeps going, into the stronghold, and still feels nothing, still stares, does not once drop her hand*

Todd: *the drug is wearing off, and worry starts to creep back into the back door of his mind* ...

Alex: *carries Claire all the way down to the med room, to Jacob*

Key: *follows close behind, very much worried about Harry, she glances back at Todd, and can tell he's a bit more aware* ...

*in Jacob's med room*

Todd: OH GOD, CLAIRE'S DEAD!!

Jacob: He's just now realizing this?

Harry: *almost seems to be glued to Claire, still saying nothing*

Key: Yeah. He's been out of it all day so far... <:/

Alex: *puts her down on a bed, and steps away* ...jeez...

Claire: *is dead*

Todd: Alright... *smiles at her* Don't worry so much about me, alright? <:)

Jacob: ...

Key: ...I'll try not to. <:) *leans down and kisses him again before pulling away and leaving the room. she was definitely feeling optimistic at the moment, though it was brought down by thoughts of Altodd. If he ever came looking for her again... she would confront him then*

*the next morning came with good news. Todd hadn't acted up all throughout the night... though he DID seem rather jittery in the morning. Jittery, and unfocused. Meanwhile, Harry was still asleep next to Claire*

Harry: *is*

Key: *comes into the med room with high hopes. she glances at Todd, then looks at Jacob expectantly* Well?

Claire: *wakes up before he does, feeling a bit nauseous again, though not nearly as bad as the first time. she doesn't move from fear of worsening it* ....

Jacob: He's fine. ^^

Todd: Y-yeah, d-didn't act-t up onc-ce...

Jacob: Although, I don't quite understand why he's shaking like that... probably a side-effect. It will wear off. ^^

Harry: *waking up* mmh... feeling sick at all...?

Key: *breathes a sigh of relief--it was the best news she's heard in a while* Oh, thank god... *goes up to Todd's bed* How're you feeling? Besides, umm... shivering.

Todd: You m-mean a-also besides the h-headache, and this icky, sweaty feeling I've got? Perfect.

Jacob: ... I'll see what I can do for him. You go get ready.

Todd: ...?

Harry: *growls* I don't like that. Not one bit.

Key: ...okay. *leaves, still suspicious, and goes to her room to pick up her pistols*

Claire: ...Me neither... We need to get ready.

Jacob: *once she leaves* ... Todd... I've made a terrible mistake with you...

Todd: ... huh?

Jacob: You're ADDICTED to it, Todd - to the drug I've been using on you!

Todd: ...

Jacob: I need to... I can't... I can't let the others find out - it doesn't hurt you if I use only a little of it, right? Right?? I can't... I need to keep giving it to you... if Key finds out about this... ohh... *takes out the illegal substance* try to act normal. *gives it to him, injecting it into Todd*

Todd: But how do I --?? ... mmh... nevermind... ~

Jacob: ... what have I done...? *unstraps Todd and helps him up*

Harry: Well, I guess it's time that we should go... will you be okay out there...? Will the BABY be - ?

Claire: *winces at the alarm* It'll be fine, I'll just stay close to you! *gets out of bed, grabs the bag with her crossbow, and runs out with Harry*

Key: *meets up with them, and joins them at the teleporters* ...

*they all enter the teleporter when it's ready, and exit into the blank space*

Harry: *transforms into his beast-self*

Reginald: *in the distance, he growls, charging at Claire. He doesn't care anymore. Not about anything. He's been broken down, hurt in both the body, and the mind - even further, his spirit has shattered, leaving him with nothing*

Todd: *stumbles out onto the blank space. He knew everything was threatening, and he could die on the field if he wasn't careful, but Todd didn't exactly care, either. He felt happy, blissful, and nothing more. Of course, he barely knew anyone, and which side was which*

Claire: *sees Reginald coming straight at her and her eyes widen. she quickly loads and fires a bolt at Reginald, hitting him in the shoulder, but seeming to have no effect* H-Harry...!! D8

Key: *notices Todd's confusion, and runs over to him* Todd! Are you okay?? D:

Harry: *was about to defend Claire in any way he can, when suddenly, a swarm of zombies overtook him, tackling into him with enough force to knock him down* !!!

Reginald: *reaches Claire, immediately knocking her down and hitting her - HITTING her - almost endlessly. He didn't care anymore. He just wanted to go home. He didn't care. Hitting her over, and over*

Todd: *to Key, dreamily* Hmmwhah...? Oh, yeah... I'm all good...

Claire: *is hit by the massive monster, over and over again. the pain was agonizing--she could feel everything breaking as the monster hit her over and over and over. she couldn't reach her weapon anymore, she couldn't even cry for help. two things went through her mind--first, that she would be leaving Harry behind, and second, that she would never get to see their child...*

Key: *narrows her eyes* No, no you're not. Did Jacob put that drug in you again?? *shoots past Todd and takes out a Heartless that was leaping at him* Just stay down, okay?? D:>

Todd: *looks over at Key* ...

Jacob: No, you're fine, Twilight. You can go. *begins work on what he hopes can fix Todd*

Eclipse: *leaves*

Harry: Yeah, she HAS been kinda... not herself. Maybe I should talk to her tomorrow, or something. Figure out what's going on.

Twilight: Alrighty then. *hops off the bed and leaves*

Key: ... *moves up next to his bed, and slips her hand into his* ...

Jacob: *working on his little computer*

Todd: *holds her hand, but feels that there's something off with Key... something wrong* Are you okay?

Key: ... *is thinking about what Altodd said... is it even possible that he loves her more than Todd? No. It can't be. she needed to make sure...* Todd... do you love me?

Jacob: I'm almost done, Todd. Then I'll just follow my own instructions, fix you, and you'll be free to go. *is doing*

Key: *smiles, both at Todd's words and at Jacob's. she leans down and presses a light kiss to Todd's lips*

Todd: *kisses her back, but is now frowning. He was worried about Key - what had caused her to say that? Suddenly --* Nhgh...! Bah... back away f-fffor a sec', K-K- *he can't even say her name in time before he explodes into his Hunter-persona once more, screaming and thrashing about, trying to break out - trying to break FREE*

Jacob: *jumps from this* ugh... he hasn't turned in a while... that caught me by surprise... it must be because I didn't drug him this time...

Key: *backs away when he starts thrashing about, and her smile fades* ...how much longer, Jacob?

Jacob: Believe me - not too long. Maybe an hour more.

Todd: *thrashes*

Key: *watches Todd, waiting* ...Okay. I'll stick around...

Jacob: Very well, then.

Todd: RAAAIIIIIIHHHGH!!

*an hour later*

Jacob: *holds a syringe in his hands* This will either cure him of his strange illness, or it was all for nothing...

Todd: *dazed from his hunter-episode, recovering from it*

Key: ... *moves back up next to the bed, and takes Todd's hand again, squeezing it. She prayed that Jacob's solution would work* ...

Jacob: ... *injects Todd with the contents*

Todd: *winces a bit from this*

Jacob: So? Do you feel any different?

Todd: ... Jacob... I-I think it worked... I can feel... SOMETHING fading away...

Key: *is not feeling rather optimistic, but she decides to wait before she celebrates... what if that "something" WASN'T THE RIGHT THING...?* ....

Jacob: I'll keep you here, alright? I'll monitor you, and if you act up, then it means it didn't work.

Todd: Okay...

Jacob: Key, maybe you should go to bed.

Todd: *Harry's display of affection is new to him - just as Claire's and Harry's relationship had only seemed to have appeared so recently. It is... amusing for him to watch - and though Claire was now, indeed, pregnant, he felt happy for Harry to have finally found someone to be with* ...

Jacob: ... good luck, you two. And now, onto you THREE. *starts checking over Eclipse, Twilight, and Mikenno*

Claire: ... *slowly raises one hand and puts it on one of Harry's, and nods* ...okay. That's a good idea...

Key: *watches them with interest--she knew they had something going on (in fact, it was rather obvious if one had been paying attention), but she hadn't seen the emotional ties there. she glances at Todd, and suddenly feels a bit jealous--she remembers when they were like that* ....

Me: Fuuu...

Jacob: Oh - that's right! Todd, I think I've figured out what's wrong with you.

Todd: Wh- really??

Jacob: Yes. Maybe I'll finally be able to fix you by tomorrow. ^^

He hands the cup to Claire* I have a good guess on what's going on with you, Claire... but just to make sure, I'm going to have to ask you to urinate into this cup. The bathroom is a few doors down, to the right.

Claire: ... *takes the cup, eying the "stick" warily. If that was what she though it was... she pushes the possibilities out of her mind, and leaves the room to do as instructed*

Jacob: *when she leaves* Harry, if you don't mind me asking, did you ever have intercourse with Claire?

Twilight: *stays low, waiting for a moment to strike*

C. Eclipse: *facepalms* We should have just snapped her neck while she was distracted...

Harry: *beats up things. He actually manages to buck a charging Origini, flinging it up into the air* ... hehr.

Mikenno: She would've seen us coming, trust me. Just find an opening--but watch out for her shield.

Aqua: >:( ... *shoots a barrage of fire spells at Mikenno*

C. Eclipse: *sprouts wings and shoots off the ground before the spikes hit him, then dives back down at full speed at Aqua*

Aqua: >:( *thrusts her hands out to the sides, and a spherical shield appears around her*

Eclipse: *smashes into the shield, falling off of it, onto the ground with a "thump". Dazed, he spits out a broken tooth* Sssghf...

Twilight: *leaps at her and hits her in midair, knocking her to the ground*

Me: when does Altodd get back in the fights?

Me: soooooooon.

Eclipse: Alright. Goodnight then. *heads out*

Claire: *has been turned back to normal. she slowly wakes up, groaning a bit* nnhh... god...

Claire: agh, crap... m'okay, just-- *retches some more, until nothing else comes out* nnhh...

Claire: huff... just... give me a minute... *turns on the faucet to wash away the vomit, then rinses the stuff out of her mouth. she feels a bit better after that--though she really wants to know what caused it. she comes out of the bathroom* okay, i'm good now...

Mikenno: *follows her, running with Eclipse*

Mikenno: *comes into the med room, but stays by the door* ...

Riolu: *is in a bed, waking up from Jacob's sudden outburts* mmhhh...

THE RACCOON: OF COURSE NOT - YOU'RE HUMAN! *POOFGONE*

Harry: ... *focuses - and changes himself back into his beast-self* hurr... *pads over to Claire's room*

Claire: *stays on his head* [You don't have to stay this way, you know. You only JUST got turned back into a human...]

Eclipse: D8 !!! *wraps a tentacle around Todd, dragging him away*

Jacob: *still trying to work on Raptor, but it's hard to ignore the scene that was going on at the moment*

Twilight: Gotcha. *goes to the specified cabinet and pulls out the anesthesia, putting it in a syringe. then, she tries approaching Todd* You have a good hold on him, Eclipse?

Key: *is getting ready to go to bed, putting her pistols on the table near her bed. she sits on the edge of her bed, and sighs. she hates being alone... yet, there she was, just her and two empty beds* ....

Eclipse: Yup.

Todd: *still struggles. He snarls at Twilight*

Jacob: *fixing Raptor*

Altodd: ... *also feeling quite alone, he walks out of the room, and over to Key's room... he knocks on the door*

Key: !! *almost jumps a foot in the air. she stands up to answer the door, and is startled to see Altodd when she opens it. She had been expecting Harry, maybe even Todd (however unlikely that might be), but not Altodd. he never came to her room* ....Hi.

Todd: *his struggling quickly dies down to a mere peep, followed by him blacking out in Eclipse's grip*

Eclipse: ... *he places Todd on the bed with the straps*

Jacob: *works* Someone strap him down, please.

Altodd: *in a friendly tone* Are you... were you all alone here? Sitting there all by yourself?

Twilight: I got it. *goes to strap Eclipse down*

Mikenno: ...this isn't going to work. I can't stay, too many people on this side hate me right now.

Twilight: Not to sound mean, but that's kind of understandable. You DID kill Harry.

Mikenno: I KNOW THAT. It's been driven into my head enough already, I don't need anyone else reminding me.
