Yay! It's done! I worked so hard on it! ;_; *whew* It was a challenge, but I think it came out pretty good. This one is for my best friend, Rizu-chan. ^_^ I hope she likes it. Just like the others, this cel is acrylics painted on acetate. Isn't it such a cute picture? ^_^ Tasuki and Kohji look so adorable. Please comment!

I'm not sure what you mean by "people who drew these cel things", but this is a popular anime picture, so I am not surprised that you have seen it before. This was a gift for a friend, and she's the one who chose it. :) 
 
Thanks though. ^_^ Just to let you know, you can tell it was hand painted by the edges. The edges are wiggles and rough, because that's how real cels are done. Animators don't care about the edges, because they are cut off in the final process.

Besides femalepunk, just by looking at it, I can tell it was drawn. How I can, I do not know. Of course, by saying its from a website just shows how much you REALLY know about anime art :p
