Started out as a spur of the moment tablet doodle. (hence the more-ghetto-than-usual "background"). I'm so behind on my Sheik fanart100 claim on LJ. *facepalm*.
As always, AU (Alternate Universe), because I always draw Sheik as a separate character. :O. This means I already know the canon, and I don't care to be "enlightened" constantly about something I know about already (I've only played the game several times).
[edit: feel free to say what you like or dislike about the drawing, but any more comments trying to argue if Sheik is a guy or girl are going to be deleted]

Mmm, I love your art.I love everything about this pic, the colouring, the emotion (especially on Sheik's face) and the interesting angle. I think the background is fitting with the piece.
I always think of Sheik as a guy too, I was rather disappointed when I found out who he's supposed to be, I mean come on!
Anyway, love the pic.

Yes....it's quite depressing to know Sheik's real identity.It's great to know that there's still better-than-decent art here. Not to be offensive, but most of the pieces here aren't even close to this standard. This is very nice work.
