The nose looks a little awkward, but other than that, this is an absolutely great picture!<br />i like the highlighting/shading...

I think what's wrong with her nose is that her face is turned at three quarters, but the nose is facing forwards towards the camera. You might want to turn it with the face as well.<br /><br />
Otherwise, very nice, good job. ^^
