This drawing is pretty cool.

The only things I see wrong with it are the following:

A) The headband symbol (the leaf) is not big enough and not wide enough. Also, the metal plate is more parralell to the two lines above and below it.

B) His ear needs to be a little bit larger and a bit higher in his face. The tip of his nose is right across from very bottom of the ear. His nose looks like a little black triangle since its behind his mask, so you might consider adding it.

C) You may want to consider making the rest of the lines as dark as the lines on the Sharingan, and add some shading here and there.

Other then that, this is an exellet pic! *favs*
