I have a suggestion! First, you teach EEVEE the "water gun" attack! Normal Pokémons can learn many type of attacks, including water. After you teach him the water gun attack, use a Fire-Stone on EEVEE to make him evolve into a Flareon.Then you'll have yourself a Flareon with a water attack !André Antunes, the portuguese artist
