This is a pic I drew while I was watching Live8. I am really passionate about getting rid of poverty in Africa and I think Sir Bob Geldof is the man and I'll follow him all the way. For once I am actually proud of Britain for pushing this subject so hard at the G8 summit. And if there's any justice then will be agreed upon by all 8 leaders. i don't understand anyone who doesn't support this cause. It costs over 30,000 lives every day and something should have been done sooner. I wear my white band everyday and so should everyone else! And I have to edit this in because Kyrie had such a brilliant idea. We should all draw our OCs wearing the white bands and post it on here with info about the G8 and poverty and everything. So please if you can, do it!!

WOW so many comments! I couldn't read them all. This is a great cause. If food companies would produce the most they can and not waste it, we wouldn't ever have a food shortage. We would be enough food for the whole world and more. I have raised money through Unicef for iodine and food shortages around the world. I was at the Live8. It was wonderful. I wear my ONE band every day. XDBut the whole point of the concert was to aware people the a child dies every 3 seconds of a disease that cant be cured in Africa. So thats why they want to do it again. The 8 leaders came together to help the Africans. Which became G8. So I told people about this too. Which is weird. We both came together and started it...and we didnt even know. Well anyway, go to

I do agree with people who say that animals need saving too. Anyone who knows me knows how much I care about them. And yes it something should be done about it. I do support stopping cruelty to animals. It's just this year there has been a huge push to save africa so I'm doing this right now.
