Tis Red's Pika! Pika Pika Pika!! =)

I suck at lineart. Can anyone tell me how to make curvy lines?!?!? I had to outline this with the straight line tool and it was NOT fun.

I think you have to use the pen tool, but make sure it's set for 'paths' not 'shape layer' on the toolbar at the top. I think. At least that's what I think it is for 8.0.
