Sakura: When you're reading this FAC story, be sure the lights are on, unless you want to keep the lights off. Try not to sit to close to the monitor, either.

In Japanese anime, before the intro song starts, a character alerts people to keep the lights on and to not sit too close to the TV while watching anime. Sakura's making a joke on that
Not sure what that's about XD
