Chapter 1 - Even for a Day
The slumber ends too short.
The wake lasts too long.
But all I want to do.
Is feel like I belong.
I want to have a friend.
Even for a day.
A friend of mine would be so fine.
Even for a day.
I want I need I hope I dream.
But still no friend comes.
Not even for a day.
It would be so sweet if I could meet the friend that I seek.
Even for a day.
We would run around and dance and sing even for a day.
Then when it came the time to go id say.
Thanks I hope we meet again.
Even for a day.
