Chapter 1 - Numb

right now im so numb,
I don't feel any pain,
though it's all coming back,
and its real again
the torture i felt,
the agony I was in,
it didn't seem real,
yet not im trapped within.
he could leave me now,
and i wouldnt care,
but sometime later on,
i would be hysterical, and dare.
i will not shed any tears,
because i am now numb,
from my past years,
and crying would only be dumb...
