Pyramus and Thisbe
(note: This is better understood if you have studied the original story of these two lovers. You can look it up at
wikipedia.com to read the whole thing and then you''ll understand this. :) And I''m not calling anyone stupid, just

In the crack in the wall,
Pyramus'' sweet maiden''s voice,
Tickles his heart gayly,
Thisbe hear''s her lover''s sigh,
And sorrow clouds them.
In the night,
Sweet maiden runs,
Swift to the white mulberry tree,
To await her love''s arms,
Shall the beast find her?
Pyramus in the night,
Seeks blood on his lover''s shawl,
And the blade of his own into him.
Thisbe sees her love,
Wills the stars to brave her,
And the mulberry tree drank red,
Of the lovers and their sorrow.
