Chapter 1 - sorry
Sometimes all I want is for someone to love me,
Someone to hold me in their arms,
But all I get is icy coldness,
Which burns all the same.
I wait by the window,
Hoping you’ll remember me as the daughter you love,
But now all I get is hatred.
Do you know how it feels to be loved by no one?
Do you know that feeling of desire every minute of every day?
I know that you don’t,
Because you make those feelings possible.
I stare a picture of you back in the good old days,
You were so happy and calm.
Why can’t it be the same?
Why wont you love your family?
You don’t know how much I miss you,
How much I care for you even though you’ve broken my heart more than twice,
I feel like I can’t go on any longer,
Like you’ve trapped my heart in a vice.
So here I am all locked up in my room,
Just waiting for my breath to stop,
I may not be crying tears of joy,
But I want you to know,
I forgive you.
