Chapter 1 - Dragon Dream

Dragon Dream

I walked along the mountain tops alone

My dreams are my only companions

My dream is to fly

Not with planes

No not at all

But with dragons I want to fly

For I want to witness,

If not join,

Their majestic flight

Upon the midnight light

I wish to watch the dragons

If they will not let me ride

For to see their majestic flight would be just as good

To see the fiery red and forest green scales

clashing with the midnight black sky

For this some scientist say that I am crazy

And dragons do not exist.

Well, so what.

What if I am

What if they do not

I do not care

For that is my dream I will always hold dear

As dear as my life until the day I die.

Will you hold yours like I hold mine?
