Chapter 2 - The Begining

Sapphire sat on a rock near the entrance to Dragon City, letting the cool night air blow her hair all over. Still wearing the blue water gem given to her at birth, and it had a strange effect on her. She had blueish, sapphire eyes(hence her name); long blond hair down to her waist; and was wearing a pair of jeans with a greenish shirt. The odd things about her were the pearly blue wings bursting from her shoulders. She lounged there, enjoying the crisp night air until she heard her father, Java, calling her. With a sigh, she slid off the boulder she had been sitting on and flew to her house.
